Booking Conditions

All quotes are valid for 7 days. After this period, we cannot guarantee availability or that the quoted price will remain unchanged.

Your date is not reserved until we have received both the signed contract and the deposit (if applicable).

Payment Terms

For corporate clients, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. For private clients, final payment is required no later than 7 days before the event.

A 5% surcharge will be applied to all late payments.

If the rental period exceeds the service duration specified in the invoice or contract, any additional time will be billed to the client at a rate of 25,000 HUF per hour. Payment for any overtime must be made in full before the additional time is provided.

Access, space & power for the photo booth

The client is responsible for arranging a suitable space for the Photo Booth at the event venue. A minimum area of 5 square meters is required. For outdoor events, the client must provide a level surface and adequate cover—such as a roof, awning, or canopy—to protect the equipment in case of inclement weather.

The client is responsible for supplying electrical power for the Photo Booth. One properly installed and grounded outlet (220–240V) is required. We reserve the right to refuse setup if electrical conditions are deemed unsafe.

The client must ensure reasonable access to the venue for equipment loading and unloading. If access is restricted by permits, access cards, or any other means, the client is responsible for securing and providing the necessary authorisations in advance.

Date changes and cancellations

All requests for a date change must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the original event date. Date changes are subject to Photo Booth availability and the execution of a new Service Contract. If the requested alternate date is unavailable, the retainer will be forfeited and the event will be considered canceled.

Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before the event will be charged at the full contracted rate.

Damage to provider's equipment

The client is responsible for any damage to the Photo Booth or related equipment caused by guests, vendors, or other parties attending the event. Normal wear and tear is excluded. In the event of damage due to misuse, negligence, or intentional acts, the client will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by the provider. The provider reserves the right to discontinue service without refund if the equipment is damaged or poses a safety risk.

Image copyright

The copyright of all images captured in the Photo Booth remains the property of the Service Provider until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. Upon full payment and settlement of any outstanding balance, copyright ownership of the images will transfer to the Client.

The Service Provider retains the right to store the images and display them in an online gallery for viewing, download, and/or ordering purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Miscellaneous

The client agrees to and understands the following:
a) The client shall indemnify and hold harmless the provider, its employees, representatives, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the client’s event, during or after the event. This indemnification extends from the time of service and continues thereafter.
b) The client shall also indemnify and hold harmless the provider against any and all liability related to the use of photos taken in the Photo Booth by guests, representatives, employees, or affiliates during the client’s event.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, that provision (or the affected portion thereof) shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client concerning the subject matter herein and may not be amended except in writing, signed by both parties.

In the event of any dispute or conflict, the Client agrees to resolve the matter through binding arbitration.

If the Provider is unable to supply a functioning Photo Booth for at least 80% of the agreed Service Period, the Client will be entitled to a prorated refund based on the portion of service received.

If the on-site printer fails to produce printed photos, the Provider will instead supply a website where guests may order prints free of charge (with free delivery) and download digital copies for personal use. The Client will also receive a complete digital copy of all event images and any missed prints.
